Saturday, February 29th – 3.1 mile run
Saturday was supposed to be a Rest Day (well, actually, Thursday was supposed to be a bike day with Friday and Saturday being my "back-to-back longer runs" but I swapped it around a bit), but our running store was having a Altra trail shoe wear test so I ended up getting in an "easy" 5K with a couple folks. With that said, these next two weeks (minus the Los Angeles Marathon of course, hehe) will be all about getting my legs (and body) rested for the next 50K.
