Workout Recap - Week 27

Sunday, July 1st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, July 2nd – 7 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, July 3rd – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, July 4th – 4 mile trail run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, July 5th – 2 mile warm-up, 4 x 800 (with 2:00 rest) {2.92 miles}, 2 mile cool-down, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, July 6th  20 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, July 7th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Okay, so normally I don't have two rest days, but Sunday I was cheering at the Special Olympics USA Game with Brooks and then flew back home so didn't have much time to run (not to mention, I ended up running 13 miles the day before instead of the original 3-5 I was expecting). With that said, I was still able to get in almost 43 miles for the week. For my first official week of training (for the Ventura Marathon), I will consider that a win!
