Workout Recap - Week 26

Sunday, June 24th – 13.31 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, June 25th – 6 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, June 26th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, June 27th – 5 mile progressive run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, June 28th – 18 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, June 29th  Rest Day


Saturday, June 30th – 12.75 miles of running in Seattle with Brooks


WHAT THE CRAP?! Over 65 miles for the week?! Who the heck am I?! I think this might have been one of my highest mileage weeks in like FOR-EV-ER! (Originally I was expecting to only get in 3-5 mile in Seattle so did my long run on Thursday before I left, but those extra 8-10ish miles really pushed me up there.) Thankfully the body still feels a-okay.
