Workout Recap - Week 12

Sunday, March 18th –  Los Angeles Marathon with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, March 19th – Rest day

Tuesday, March 20th – 4 mile run in the Redwood National Park with the hubby


Wednesday, March 21st – 10.5 mile run in the Redwood National Park with the hubby, 2.5 mile hike (Lade Bird Johnson Grove and Klamath River Overlook) with the hubby and pup


Thursday, March 22nd – 8 mile run in Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park with the hubby


Friday, March 23rd – Rest day

Saturday, March 24th – 17 mile run on the Tillamook Peninsula with the hubby

Even on our 3 week road trip we are trying to get in our miles. The weather may not be perfect, but I've heard if you wait for ideal conditions you will never run. PS This rain and cold really reminds us of how spoiled us SoCal runners are!
