Moosejaw Madness GIVEAWAY

If you've been around my corner of the InterWebs for any extended period of time, there are probably a few things you know about me. In no particular order, here are some potentially obvious attributes:

• I like to run... A LOT
• I married my best friend almost 10 years ago
• We rescued a super cute (but super sassy) wiener dog and named him Walt
• I grew up in Michigan but require sunshine and warmth so moved to SoCal after I graduated from U of M
• We love adventuring (hiking, camping, exploring)
• I love Jesus
• Michigan/ Detroit sports are my JAM
• Chips and salsa are my weakness (or maybe my strength - HA!)

When you can combine a handful of said things in one entity, it's truly magic... And THAT is Moosejaw Mountaineering!

Moosejaw is an outdoor retailer that started in Michigan - so you can already imagine my affinity for them out the gate. I discovered them in college because they opened their eighth store near campus in Ann Arbor. Their vibe is a little loco and I LOVE it! They're all about the silly, crazy and nonsensical. Instead of trying to gain customers by strictly marketing their products, they try to get their audience ENGAGED! Think "Battle of the Twins" (where customers voted for their favorite set of twins in a bracket type tournament), impromptu games of hide-and-seek in the shop, staff hiding rubber rats around the store (customers who find them win a free tee), etc. It's #MoosejawMadness and it's FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC!

It's a one-stop shop. They literally have everything you could want under one roof (okay, maybe not EVERYTHING... I don't think they sell unicorns, but I digress). They have gear for yoga, gear for skiing, gear for biking, gear for travel (ding), gear for hiking and camping (ding ding), gear for running (DING DING DING!), the list goes on and on my friend.

No joke, I could spend thousands upon thousands of dollars there and still not get everything I need want. This is just a small assortment of goodies on my overflowing wish list. And if van-life becomes a reality the list will grow exponentially.

Like I said, they've got it all. You can get everything from yoga mats to fishing poles, running shoes to sleeping bags, cameras to luggage, rain jackets to snowboards, sports bras to strollers, climbing harnesses to activity trackers.

Speaking of activity trackers, that's one of the main reasons why we're here (unless you wanted to find out what you should buy me for my next birthday, in that case, please take note ;))... I'M GIVING AWAY A GARMIN VIVOACTIVE 3!
