Tuesday, March 13th – 8 mile run with the hubby, 20 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, March 14th – 12 mile run, 12 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, March 15th – 4 mile run with the hubby, 20 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, March 16th – 5 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, March 17th – Rest day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
45 miles the week of a marathon?! I'll take it! Surprisingly my legs haven't felt too bad. I'm getting a little nervous about our lack of elevation training when it comes to the Grand Canyon, but I'm hoping the extra stairs we are throwing in at the end of our runs are helping. Thankfully out R2R2R adventure is all about the journey (and not the time on a watch).
