Sunday, December 10th – Del Dios Trail Half Marathon with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 12th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, December 13th – 6 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 14th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, December 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 16th – San Diego Holiday Half Marathon with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Due to the way our races fell this week, my mileage seems insane (we were scheduled for a 12-miler when we ran the Del Dios Trail Half Marathon and the San Diego Holiday Half was technically supposed to be our long run for next week, but ain't no thang). FIFTY-FIVE MILES FOR THE WEEK?! But I am stoked that 35 of them were with my favorite running buddy - THE HUBBY! And if you follow me on social media, you saw we nabbed him a HUGE PR at the San Diego Holiday Half (but you'll have to wait a couple days for the full recap). I'll consider this a VERY successful week!
