Workout Recap - Week 49

Sunday, December 3rd – 7 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, December 4th – 13.1 mile run


Tuesday, December 5th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Wednesday, December 6th – 10 mile run


Thursday, December 7th – 120 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, December 8th – 3.5 mile hike with the hubby, 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, December 9th – San Diego Santa Mile with the pup, Stretched & Foam Rolled


I may not have gotten in as many miles as last week, but the miles I did manage were all pretty fantastic. Next week the hubby and I have two half marathons (one on Sunday and one on the following Saturday), so the mileage will look high again, but hopefully we will steady out soon. PS Recently I have been dealing with an allergic reaction on my feet (the doctor wasn't sure what it was from, so has just been trying to treat the symptoms) which has sort of hindered my running {my feet itch like crazy and I have gotten a max of 45 minutes at a time of sleep due to the issue}, as well as the Oceanside wild fires that have given us less than ideal air quality. With those two LARGE hinderances, I'm still happy with the week.

It's great that you and the hubby run together! I can't convince my boyfriend to enjoy running as much as I do ha ha I ran a race in the snow on Saturday, yay for winter running in New York!
