Random Ramblings

Life is pretty cray-cray these days. I feel like I have 93 tabs open in my brain and it's going 100 miles per minute. With that said, it has been hard for me to sit down and focus on getting a blog post up this week (if you can't tell, the only one up thus far has been one that I was provided to me by the ever so sweet Jeff Galloway). So, instead of pushing it off yet another day, why not just get some of the random ramblings put down on paper the Interwebs?!

I'm not sure if I've mentioned it on here yet, but for the past few months I have been working with Sparkle Athletic on their social media. I am currently helping out with their Pinterest, Twitter and getting their blog up and going. (So, if you wanna #HelpASistaOut, you could follow/ interact with those accounts if you don't already ;))

Anywho, we finally started pushing out some of the new blog posts I've been working on (the ladies have been working with a friend of mine to get their new website up and kickin', but the blog isn't exactly where they want it to be... keep that in mind as we work out some of the kinks... but the content is pretty killer if you ask me ;)). This week I had 3 posts go live, next week will be 5, but we are looking to average 2-3 a week when everything is up and going.

Well, let's just say, when you are working on blog posts for your job, it is hard to want to then work on blog posts for yourself... especially if you feel like you've got nothing new to say. Don't get me wrong, I've got some BIG THINGS coming down the line soon, but in the meantime I haven't had the energy to try and come up with something creative or witty for you all, my faithful and fantastic followers... For that, I apologize! You deserve consistency, and this week I have been anything but that.

But... I'm going to end this post on a positive note... And remind you that not only is tomorrow FRIDAY, but it is also National Dessert Day! So that's gotta count for somehting, right?! But, seriously, thanks for sticking with me (if anyone is actually still reading this)! I promise I will try to do better next week!

How will you celebrate National Dessert Day?
