Workout Recap - Week 2

Sunday, January 4th – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, January 5th –  2 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, January 6th –  TRAVEL DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Wednesday, January 7th –  REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, January 8th WDW 5K with my parents, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, January 9th – WDW 10K with friends, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Saturday, January 10th WDW Half Marathon with friends, Foam Rolled & Stretched


24.2 miles of running this week with 3 of the 4 races of my Dopey Challenge complete (with 3 rest/ travel days)! I am definitely not trying to PR on time this "weekend", but am definitely having a BLAST!! It's also great to use these runs as training for the Phoenix Marathon (seeing as it is coming OH SOOOOOOO SOON!).
