Tuesday, December 30th – REST DAY (felt like I might be coming down with something, so wanted to beat it before it started), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, January 3rd – 8 mile (long run pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Not too shabby for a "taper" week :) 40.1 miles ran and 10.6 miles biked. The numbers are slightly off though seeing as the San Diego Holiday Half Marathon should have technically been counted as my long run for last week.
I head out on Tuesday for Walt Disney World to tackle my first set of races of the year - THE DOPEY CHALLENGE! The time in Florida will also be "Christmas" with my parents, so other than race recaps, I would probably expect fewer posts since I haven't seen them in a while!

Nice work, Carlee! My work out were just blah. Only two runs because I my knee started acting up. We're too close to Goofy Challenge, so I"m just taking it easy leading up to race day. Happy Travels and hope to run into during race weekend!
