Workout Recap - Week 52

Sunday, December 21st – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, December 22nd –  5 mile (easy pace) run

Tuesday, December 23rd –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Wednesday, December 24th –  2.4 mile (easy pace) run

Thursday, December 25th – REST DAY

Friday, December 26th – 10.5 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Saturday, December 27th – 4 mile (long run pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

The last full week of 2014! HOLY CRAPOLY! Where did the time go?!

Can you believe I only ran 11.4 miles this week?! And it wasn't even because I was taking time off for the holidays or something like that. Technically I am somewhat tapering for the Dopey Challenge (since I am also training for the Phoenix Marathon my taper isn't as substantial a cut back as normal), but also my long run will be the Holiday Half Marathon I am running tomorrow morning (and when my races end up on Sunday it skews my numbers a bit).
