Yummy Wraps

I saw this 'recipe' on Pinterest a few weeks ago. It looked YUMMY and since we had most of the ingredients in our fridge (other than the strawberries, which we picked up for $.88 a pack this evening), I figured I would make it for dinner.

Posted in On-The-Go Lunch
1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tbs sugar-free jam
2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbs low fat granola

Spread peanut butter evenly over entire Flatout. On one rounded end, spread jam. Layer strawberry, banana and granola. Roll, cut and enjoy!

I didn't take any pictures of my creation tonight. The only difference is I used whole wheat tortillas rather than flatbread. Also, I didn't put jam on it (because I didn't see that in the picture).

I think next time I will get the bigger tortillas because it was hard to roll the wrap with the slices of banana and strawberries. But it was SCRUM-DIDILY-UMPTIOUS! And any way to get fresh fruits and veggies into my hubby's tummy are well worth it.
