Doubling

I am still running. All is going well and I have actually started DOUBLING my runs!! I figured that 1 and a quarter miles was good for a month, but now I am rotating every other day with one and a quarter and two and a half (meaning I run two of the loops that I normally run). It seems to be going very well. The race is in about 2 weeks, so I am hoping that next week I can do 2.5 miles every day and maybe pump up a couple of those days to 4 or so... We will see. Anyway, I am pretty stoked that I have stuck with it this long and that I am continuing to do it on a consistent basis!! I am obviously not running as fast when I run the 2.5 miles as when I run the 1.25 miles, but for me, as long as I am running it all, that is what matters. I will let everyone know how the race turns out on Thanksgiving!!
