Sunday, April 3rd – 2 hours of walking
During the 2 hours I picked up a doggy poop bag blowing in the breeze and filled it with cans and bottles I found along my route. |
Monday, April 4th – Rest Day
Tuesday, April 5th – 4 miles of hills (walking)
Wednesday, April 6th – 6 miles of hills (walking)
Thursday, April 7th – 90 minutes of hills (walking)
Friday, April 8th – Rest Day
Saturday, April 9th – Run with the Burros Trail Marathon
Another week of "just" walking. My physical therapist still hasn't cleared me for running yet (although I did do a little downhill jogging at the Run with the Burros trail marathon on Saturday {shhhh don't tell}), so I'm trying to do my best to listen (as well as do all of my stretches and exercises they want me tackling to lengthen and strengthen the muscles that are giving me trouble). I'm hoping I can run soon, but I'm taking it slow and steady because I wanna be pain-free!
