Workout Recap - Week 16

Sunday, April 10th – 2 hours of walking

During the two hours I found two plastic bags and filled them
with plastic bottles and cans I saw along the road...

Monday, April 11th – Rest Day

Tuesday, April 12th – 4 miles of hills (walking)

Wednesday, April 13th – 75 minutes of hills (walking)

Thursday, April 14th –  6 miles of hills (walking)

Friday, April 15th – Rest Day

Saturday, April 16th – 90 minutes of hills (walking)

This was technically a "dial back" week, but I guess it's probably hard to tell seeing as I am walking. I was really hoping I was going to be told I could start jogging this week when I went to PT, but no such luck. To be honest, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole thing right now, but I just have to keep telling myself that this is making me a stronger runner in the long run (even if I'm not running currently). I can't believe it's been a month since I've run last (and less than 3 till the 100-miler)!
