Sunday, August 29th – 10.10 mile trail run with the hubby
Monday, August 30th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, August 31st – 12.12 mile run
Wednesday, September 1st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, September 2nd – 10.10 mile run
Friday, September 3rd – Rest Day
Saturday, September 4th – 10.10 mile run
I can't believe this is the last training week before my birthday run. I can't believe it's already September. I can't believe I got stuck in a lightning storm during my run on Tuesday. I can't believe our camping trip to Mammoth for our birthday adventure got cancelled (due to the wildfires). I can't believe we had to cancel our Hawaii trip in October (due to COVID). But, despite my disappointment, I am thankful for any and every run I can get in. We are blessed beyond belief.
