Tuesday, September 14th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, September 15th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, September 16th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, September 17th – Rest Day
Saturday, September 18th – 10.10 miles #RunForThePlanet
After 7 days of NO RUNNING (self imposed after my 37 mile birthday run... even though the body felt perfectly fine after about two days, I wanted to give it the rest it deserved after the 13 week training cycle), it was great to be back! Stoked I was able to join in on the #RunForThePlanet that Dirtbag Runners was putting together. I ran 10 miles, donated $20, found $.43 (and a free vacuum token) and picked up 5 bottles/ cans. It might not seem like a lot, but every bit helps!
