Sunday, August 1st – 10 mile run with the hubby
Monday, August 2nd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, August 3rd – 13.13 mile run
Wednesday, August 4th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, August 5th – 10.10 mile run
Friday, August 6th – Rest Day
Saturday, August 7th – Balboa Park 8-Miler with the hubby
I'm pretty sure my body is extremely thankful for this cut-back week (which means we increase our mileage three consecutive weeks in a row and then pull back on the fourth week to give our bodies time to recover/ rest/ heal). Not that I've had any injuries or issues, but getting a few extra miles in on the weekend tends to mean getting a little more sleep or having time to do something a little more relaxing (like watch a movie or enjoy a few extra minutes at the pool). I can't believe we only have four more weeks of "training" until we take on our next adventure. LET'S DO THIS THANG!
