Workout Recap - Week 11

Sunday, March 7th – 10.10 mile run

Monday, March 8th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, March 9th – 3.1 mile run, 45 minutes on the stationary bike 

Wednesday, March 10th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday, March 11th – Rest Day

Friday, March 12th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday, March 13th – 13.13 mile run

#RealTalk - I was dragging butt this week! It has been stormy (which is good because we need the rain) and weather changes throw my Fibromyalgia into a tailspin (which is exactly what happened). I feel like I'm running on fumes at this point, and, seeing as we are "losing" an hour of sleep this weekend, I doubt I will catch up on rest anytime soon... Thankfully it looks like after Monday the rain should be gone for the foreseeable future, so hopefully my body can get out of this Fibro Flare and back to "normal". PS I dedicated Saturday's run to Breonna Taylor (who was murdered 3/13/20).
