Sunday, February 14th – Rest Day
Monday, February 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, February 16th – 6 mile run, 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, February 17th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, February 18th – 6 mile run, 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, February 19th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, February 20th – 8 mile run
BOOM SHAKALAKA! I know, I know, I shouldn't get too far ahead of myself, but this week I tackled my longest run since January 1st AND IT DIDN'T HURT! 20 miles for the week (which I used to do in a single run) and I'm stoked to be adding a little more distance once a week. Next week I might even add in a fourth day of running... WHOOOOO HOOOOOO!
