Sunday, January 24th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Monday, January 25th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, January 26th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, January 27th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, January 28th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 29th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 30th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Another week of strictly biking. I've gotta say, though, that with all of the rainy days we had, I was somewhat glad to be "stuck" inside and not have to worry about trekking out into the wet, dark mornings (don't worry, I got stuck in my fair share of downpours while walking to work or on my lunch break, oopsie...). Here's to hoping that whenever I am able to start running again (seeing as it's been FOUR WEEKS since I have done any) that I haven't completely lost all of my stamina... but, like I've said before, with all of my races cancelled/ postponed through at least May, I'd rather be safe than sorry!
