Monday, January 18th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, January 19th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, January 20th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, January 21st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 22nd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 23rd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Another week of strictly biking... I'll be honest, this week I didn't miss running as much as I had in previous weeks, but the biking is still not my jam. It does help that I get to distract myself with a movie while riding, but I would still prefer to be out in nature, pounding the pavement. I found out this past week that the 50K that was tentatively rolled over from March 2020 is "very doubtful" for March of this year and will be likely delayed until later in the year (or till 2021). With that said, I am less stressed about my lack of running because I definitely don't have anything on the calendar until June (and even that is still up in the air). Anyhow, it is supposed to rain most of the coming week, so I'll take that as a sign that my Achilles still needs another week on the bike and give it some more time to rest from running ;)
