Tuesday, October 23rd – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, October 24th – 6 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, October 25th – 8.88 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, October 26th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, October 27th – 20 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
A 65 mile week WITH TWO REST DAYS?! That NEVER happens... But I guess that is now a possibility since I have officially started my ultra training... EEKS! Technically I am still recovering from Ventura so my runs have all been easy paced (and mostly on flat terrain), but hopefully in the next week or two I'll start adding in more trails and elevation.
