Workout Recap - Week 36

Sunday, September 2nd – 17.17 mile run/hike with the hubby

Monday, September 3rd – 3.5 mile hike with the hubby and friends

Tuesday, September 4th – 7 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, September 5th – 5 progressive mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, September 6th – 2 mile warm-up, 7 x 800 meters {5.07 miles}, 2 mile cool-down, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, September 7th  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, September 8th – Orange County Lexus LaceUp Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Got in almost 55 miles of running and hiking for the week - I'll take it! Even though it is September, and that is normally when temps start to cool down, the humidity has NOT let off yet... I am really hoping that all this work I am putting in during the sticky, hot weather will pay off in dividends when fall actually gets here (and hopefully will reap the rewards at the Ventura Marathon next month where I will be attempting to run a new marathon PR).
