Tuesday, June 12th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, June 13th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, June 14th – 5 mile #TeamSparkle trail run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, June 15th – Hiked Mt. Baldy, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, June 16th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Although this week had less "running", I still go in a decent amount of miles (30 miles of running, plus 11 miles of hiking a mountain). Earlier in the week I sat down and got together my next training plan for my "serious" fall marathon, so will be getting down to business in the coming days, but, for now, I am enjoying being able to run what I want, when I want.
