Wednesday, November 1st – 45 minutes of Yoga, 5K run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, November 2nd – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, November 3rd – 7 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, November 4th – Bike The Coast 25-mile ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I won entries to the Bike the Coast ride, so the hubby decided he wanted to swap his Friday and Sunday runs in case he was too tired on Sunday for his 7-miler. Stoked to see I was back in the thirties for my mileage this week (36.1 to be exact), even with a yoga workout, a stationary bike workout and a 25 mile bike ride. And I am UBER proud of the hubby for his dedication to his training thus far! He is gonna SMASH his first full marathon! #ItsGoingDownAtPHX
