Wednesday, June 1st – 6.1 mile run (in honor of #GlobalRunDay), Yoga for Runners Workshop, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, June 2nd – 10.5 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, June 3rd – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, June 4th – Fontana Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I'll consider this week a MAJOR SUCCESS! Ran two races, celebrated my favorite non-official holiday of the year with a run, went to yoga AND earned a major PR in a heat wave (race recap for Fontana will hopefully be up tomorrow). Oh yeah, and in other news I went to a live taping of Fuller House and even got to take some pictures of the set... I'd love to say I will be taking it easy for a while but I've got #RnRSEA in two weekends! At least I have next weekend race-free ;)
