Workout Recap - Week 6

Sunday, January 31st – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, February 1st – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 4 mile treadmill run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, February 2nd –  5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Wednesday, February 3rd – 18.35 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, February 4th –  3 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, February 5th –  3 mile run with the hubby, 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Saturday, February 6th –  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


I've gotta say, my legs do not feel as rested as I would like them to feel at this point in the taper. Guess that means Epsom Salt baths, lots more foam rolling and PRO Compression socks 24/7. Only 24 miles of running this week, SHHHHWEIRD! Here's to hoping I don't go completely cray-cray during this last week of my taper!
