Tuesday, February 2nd – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I've gotta say, my legs do not feel as rested as I would like them to feel at this point in the taper. Guess that means Epsom Salt baths, lots more foam rolling and PRO Compression socks 24/7. Only 24 miles of running this week, SHHHHWEIRD! Here's to hoping I don't go completely cray-cray during this last week of my taper!
