Monday, August 3rd – 6 miles of Yasso 800s, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, August 4th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 3 mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Another week of low mileage (but it's because of the training plan I am following, not by choice ;) ). Even though we were camping at Kern River from Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon, I was still able to get in all of my runs for the week. I did miss a cross training workout, but I think some of the swimming and tubing excursions could technically go towards it ;) I have to say, I was pretty stoked with how my runs went this past week - especially my Yasso 800s, which I was able to keep all at or BELOW my estimated pace!
