Workout Recap - Week 19

Sunday, May 3rd – 3 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Monday, May 4th – 4 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, May 5th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, May 6th –  REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Thursday, May 7th 2 mile run with a friend, 19.4 mile bike rideFoam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, May 8th– REST DAY (Travel), Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Saturday, May 9th – 2.5 mile shakeout run with friends, Foam Rolled, & Stretched

Really?! 11.5 miles (and that was even with a non-schedule 2 mile run on Thursday... OOPS)?! No wonder people go CRAY-CRAY during taper time if they don't have something to occupy their time... But tomorrow is the Eugene Marathon so I hope my legs are well rested and ready to ROCK IT!
