Workout Recap - Week 17

Sunday, April 20th – 5 mile trail run with the hubby, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, April 21st –  5 pace mile run, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, April 22nd –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, April 23rd –  5 mile run of HILLS, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, April 24th – 19.55 mile bike ride1 minute plank & Stretched


Friday, April 25th – 20 mile run1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Saturday, April 26th – Rest day, 3 mile hike with the hubby and puppy, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


I can't believe my first full marathon is only three weeks away. I also can't believe I ran my first 20-miler this week! I am hoping once my legs are rested (they felt pretty heavy for my long run this week) that on race day I will be ready to go. No more "long" runs left... Next weekend I have a trail 10K race and a half marathon and then it is TAPER TIME!
