The Trip

Ryan and I had a blast at Disneyland on Saturday. We got there at about 9:45am or so and stayed until after the fireworks (which put us there for a good 12 hours). We had a lot of fun, and most of it was captured on film (check out all 123 photos in the Disneyland album in My Photos). We got stuck on 4 rides (Pirates, it's a small world, Haunted Mansion and one more that I am forgetting). We saw a couple celebrities and a few Disney characters (photos with Mickey and Pluto for sure). The fireworks are the best I've ever seen (for those of you who have never witnessed, they go through the different rides of the park and coordinate the music and fireworks and everything). The pictures don't do them justice. There is a part where they are doing the Pirates and they have the cannons shooting at different parts of the park, so fun. I have video of some of it, but will have to wait until I can have Ryan load it (this computer doesn't do that sort of high tech stuff :) ). Disney's catch phrase is something along the lines of It's the happiest place in the world. Although I have some animosity towards amusement parks (don't get me on a Universal rant), I would have to say acting like a kid and reminiscing about all things Disney always puts a smile on my face.

We Saw MICKEY!!

C is for Carlee (or cookie, or California):

Is this what Paris looks like? I want my mommy...
