Saturday, March 29th – 55 minute run
The last full week of my #March45Minute Challenge. My right knee has had a little twinge to it, so I have tried to dial it back a bit (not in time, of course, but in effort). My body is also overall fatigued, but that goes without saying. I think it's ready for my rest day come Tuesday ;) Overall the runs have all gone smoothly and I'm stoked at how the body has responded with running each and every day for almost a month now. I doubt that I will sign up to do another #RunStreak again anytime soon, but am thrilled to know that my body could handle it if I wanted to go that route. #NeverSayNever
