Monday, October 4th – 85 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, October 5th – 10.10 mile run
Wednesday, October 6th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, October 7th – 13.13 mile run
Friday, October 8th – Rest Day
Saturday, October 9th – 18.18 mile run
BOOYA! Hit 54.54 miles this week. Now, don't get me wrong, the body is NOT happy... but that is because my Fibromyalgia and the weather changing, NOT due to the running. There is a possibility I might have a 50K in November (it was originally scheduled for April 2020 but it was obviously postponed and they are apparently still waiting on permits to come through), so I am trying to stay marathon-ish ready. I always find it much easier to stay trained so I could jump into a marathon whenever one might pop up, rather than having to ramp up to it with 12+ weeks of training, but that's just me ;)
