Sunday, December 24th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 26th – 3.2 mile run with the hubby and sister-in-law
Wednesday, December 27th – 7 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 28th – 11.76 mile run
Friday, December 29th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 30th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Okay, so you may have noticed that some of my mid-week runs weren't even numbers like they normally are. I tallied my mileage for the year and wanted to end on an even number, so I played with the miles a bit. #NumberNerd But, I gotta say, I'm still pretty proud of the miles I was able to get in despite having the hubby's side of the family in town for the week.
