Sunday, December 4th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, December 5th – 45 minutes of yoga, 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 6th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5.5 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, December 7th – 3.5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 8th – 15.5 mile bike ride
Friday, December 9th – 6.5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 10th – Rest Day
Sorry about the lack of pictures earlier in the week. I ended up focusing on "treasure hunting" during the walk portion of my workouts and totally forgot to take a 'workout' shot. {If you are confused about what that means, you must not follow me on Instagram ;)} Anywho, I am STOKED to report that I am now running PAIN-FREE! My hip is still not 100%, but I would prefer 'wonky' to painful ANY DAY! I am going to continue to take my come-back slow and cautious, but I'm thrilled that I won't have to give up running completely... at least not yet ;)

I'm SO glad you're pain-free! I've been dealing with a hip flexor injury on and off, so I feel total empathy!
I Beat Yesterday...by staying strong and staying focused on my goals! Races aren't me vs. you. It is me vs. me, always!
