Workout Recap - Week 24

Sunday, June 9th  3 mile run with the hubby 

Monday, June 10th –  60 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, June 11th –  4.14 mile run

Wednesday, June 12th – Rest Day

Thursday, June 13th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, June 14th  5.55 mile downhill run (from Lake Mary to Shady Rest Campground in Mammoth Lakes)

Saturday, June 15th – 4 mile run with the hubby

Because I had to cover a coworker one of the previous weekend's, my off days ended up being Friday of this week (and Monday of next), so the hubby, pup and I decided to head up to Mammoth to camp a bit. We left Thursday after I got off work and were enjoying the Eastern Sierras before the clock struck midnight. Although running at altitude can be tough (really gets you sucking wind no matter the pass), we love running up there. Every once in a while we ponder moving up there, but I can't do that much cold and snow... Maybe when we win the lotto and we can retire and have TWO houses ;)
