Wednesday, January 26th – 6.46 mile run
Thursday, January 27th – 6.52 mile run
Friday, January 28th – Rest Day
Saturday, January 29th – 20.02 mile run
I broke the 50 mile barrier this week - getting in 51.1 miles of running. I'll be honest, not all of them felt great, but they all got done. I'm still trying to figure out the new medication I am on and how it is impacting my body (and therefore running). I know this will be TMI, but it seems to be causing a bit of constipation, which can be quite frustrating when it comes to running (normally you want to use the restroom and "empty" everything before you head out for a run). Some of my runs I have been running from port-o-potty to port-o-potty, but hopefully I can get everything back to "normal" soon.
