Workout Recap - Week 6

Sunday, February 3rd – 10.10 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, February 4th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, February 5th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, February 6th – 10.10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, February 7th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, February 8th  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, February 9th – Mesa-PHX Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Got in almost 58.5 miles this week and although I am physically tired (more from the lack of sleep than the workouts themselves), I am still feeling good and strong. As you can probably see from my watch shots, I am not focusing on speed right now, just getting in the miles and more time on my feet for my upcoming 50K, but I told myself next week I will start reintroducing speed workouts (seeing as our Ultra Ragnar is right around the corner and we have a first place spot to reclaim after taking last year off for the Boston Marathon). Next week I prioritize getting more sleep!
