Sunday, December 16th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, December 17th – 95 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 18th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, December 19th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 20th – 26.2 mile trail run with a friend, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, December 21st – 10 mile run
Saturday, December 22nd – Rest Day
Had to move around some runs to make sure I could get in everything prior to heading back to Michigan with the hubby for Christmas, but stoked that it all worked out (and that I was able to get in some trail miles with a friend!). And I'll totally take 62.2 miles for the week - now it's time to start tapering! Didn't have room to pack a foam roller for the holiday trip, so I'll be slacking on that for the next few days, but am going to prioritize getting my runs done before all of the celebrating!
