Sunday, January 1st – 5K with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, January 2nd – 45 minutes of yoga, 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, January 3rd – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, January 4th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, January 5th – 90 minutes on the trainer, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, January 6th – 17 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, January 7th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
The first week of 2017 and I got in 31.1 miles! It isn't where I "should" be for this round of marathon training (I have the Phoenix Marathon in February and the Los Angeles Marathon in March), but I'm doing what my body allows and trying to enjoy the ride! I have races on the next two Sundays, so my long runs are going to be swapped around a bit, but hopefully I will be able to get in all of my workouts (especially with the storms that are headed our way).
