Workout Recap - Week 45

Sunday, November 1st – 3 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, November 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 3 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, November 3rd –  4 mile run (2 miles with the hubby and 2 by myself), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, November 4th – 18.25 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, November 5th –  Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, November 6th –  2 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, November 7th – REVEL Canyon City Marathon, Foam Rolled & Stretched

You never know what the day will bring. After a successful training cycle, race day brought a knotted/ cramped calf and warm temps that I was unable to overcome. More details to follow in the race recap, but for now it is time to rest, recover, and get ready for my #SD2LV adventure this weekend!
