Hard Run

Man, today's run was a pretty hard one... I am not sure exactly why either... Maybe it is because I took the day off yesterday to go with Ryan to the doctors... Maybe it was because it is warmer than it had been lately... Maybe it is because I had less water than I normally do... I'm just hoping this isn't an every day type of run...
