Monday, May 29th – 3.5 mile walk with a bestie
Tuesday, May 30th – Rest Day
Wednesday, May 31st – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, June 1st – Rest Day
Friday, June 2nd – Rest Day
Saturday, June 3rd – 3 mile run
Well, another week of less than amazing movement, but I'll take what I can get. I need to get back into the routing of EARLY mornings. This week I would wake up and decide to go back to sleep for an hour or so on the couch. Once I get into the routine it's fine, but getting back into the groove of waking up in the 4am hour can be a jolt to the system.
