Monday, April 29th – Elliptical for 60 minutes
Tuesday, April 30th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, May 1st – Elliptical for 25 minutes, Stationary bike for 35 minutes, 40 flights of stairs
Thursday, May 2nd – Rest Day
Saturday, May 4th – 17.45 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Lots of extra activities this week. We had the Weekend of Service, where our church left the building for all of the services and went out into the community to be the hands and feet of Jesus, threw in some stair work, and then lots of dog walking. I got a little foam rolling and stretching back into the week, which was nice, but I am going to try to get back into working in my daily routine (I know my muscles and IT band are all a lot happier when they are stretched and massaged every day).
Ryan and I are running in an obstacle course 5K this upcoming weekend with some friends - which should be a blast. I am going to try to bring our water proof camera along for the adventure to see if I can get some action shots along the way :).
