Sunday, July 28th – 5 mile run
Monday, July 29th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, July 30th – 4 mile progression run
Wednesday, July 31st – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, August 1st – 4 mile lunch run WITH THE HUBBY
Friday, August 2nd – Rest day
Saturday, August 3rd – 5K run with the hubby
Hubby was in North Carolina from Sunday morning until Thursday morning, so I changed up when during the day I did some of my workouts, but, for the most part, it was my standard routine - a couple midweek runs (I had the hubby meet me on my lunch break Thursday and we got in a few miles together), a couple bikes and a rest day. Eventually I may increase my midweek mileage, but since I'm not training for anything I'm totally fine getting in what I can, when I can.
