Sunday, May 19th – 3 mile run with the hubby
Monday, May 20th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, May 21st – 4 mile run
Wednesday, May 22nd – Rest Day
Thursday, May 23rd – 4 mile lunchtime run
Friday, May 24th – HIIT workout
Saturday, May 25th – 3 mile run with the hubby
Originally I was planning on doing my long run on Saturday, but the hubby decided he wanted to run on Saturday instead of Sunday, so I swapped them so I could join him. We actually "ran errands". We have a Home Depot a mile and a half from the house, so since he's just getting back into the routine of running he's preferred to keep it around 3 or 4 miles - which meant this would work out perfectly. We needed to grab a new paint roller because we were resealing the roof of the camper, so two birds - one stone ;) Also, I normally don't take my rest days on Wednesdays, but I had started my period that morning and my terrible cramps nudged me to move around some of my workouts. #MenstruationSucks
