Monday, February 5th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, February 6th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, February 7th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, February 8th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, February 9th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, February 10th – 4 mile progressive hill run
Rain, rain, go away, come again another day... We have had two major storms roll through Southern California (Pineapple Express / Atmospheric Rivers). Seeing as I'm just now trying to get back into the swing of things and officially start getting a routine going, I figured I'd wait until after the rain has stopped (sure, you may think I'm using the weather as an excuse, and maybe I am, but at least I've been able to start watching Gossip Girl again, hehe). Let's keep the momentum rollin'!
